State Rep. John Ragan, (R) Oak Ridge, will be introducing legislation to adopt the Idaho Stop Sign law in Tennessee. The basic law is that cyclists can treat a stop sign as a yield sign and a red light as a stop sign. This essentially legalizes what most of us do anyway.
